• Accounting:

–Generate the payment to work independently or suppliers under the approval of the direct supervisor.  

-Prepare and present financial statements of the company’s operations. 

-Prepare invoices for the services provided, under the approval of the supervisor. 

– Work reports of the management of collections. 

– Handle payroll. 

– Perform any other function assigned to the position. 

• Team Leader:

-Fill out time report.

– Manage the projects with a cart provided by the company.

– Complete the work in the required time.

– Inspect the cleanliness of your equipment.

– Walk with the person in charge of the project and make sign the documentation that is required.

– Train new team members.

– Keep inventory of the material.

• Supervisor:

– Train team leaders.

– Schedule jobs.

– Generate time reports.

– Generate inventory reports.

– Order material.

– View each workplace.

– Inspect the quality of cleanliness.

– Inspect the work equipment of employees or subcontractors.

– Recruit staff when required.

– Inspect and control the maintenance of the cars.
