We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our 100% remote team. In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of digital strategies that inspire parents, students, and educators to engage with schools and unlock their full potential.

This position requires you to not only manage campaigns but also craft strategy, write compelling copy when needed, and ensure that every marketing initiative directly supports our clients’ enrollment and growth goals.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns and enrollment strategies in the following ways:

  • Audit client needs and design comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with objectives.
  • Define and manage campaign goals, budgets, and timelines across multiple channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, social media).
  • Write or review ad copy and campaign messaging to ensure compelling communication.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet quality and deadlines.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Manage client relationships: lead weekly check-ins, report on performance, and advise on next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to align creative, copy, and technical assets.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Growth Plan

In the first three months as a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of school marketing strategies and client expectations.
  • Design, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns with clear objectives.
  • Begin shaping processes that enhance our marketing department.

In 6 months, you will have:

  • Successfully contributed to schools meeting their projected student enrollments by generating qualified leads.
  • Established yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, with measurable results in campaign ROI.
  • Contributed to the creation and standardization of strategy frameworks for future growth.

  • Proven experience designing and executing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs (Google Analytics, ad platforms).
  • Creativity in storytelling and crafting persuasive copy for digital ads and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to solve problems and provide actionable consulting to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience with paid media management and campaign optimization.
  • Computer with 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen 5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and Zapier.
  • Bilingual proficiency:  English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the education sector.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
